TeleVisit Instructions
Due to the intensity of the COVID-19 virus and the recognized importance of eliminating in-person contact as much as possible, Dr. Brown is now offering new & existing patients telemedicine services for a limited time. Please follow these steps to schedule and connect to your TeleVisit appointment:
STEP 1: Call 972-867-0019 to schedule a TeleVisit appointment or request an appointment online and our scheduler will call you back to finalize the details.
STEP 2: You need to have a camera ready device. A cell phone with a camera or a desktop/laptop computer with a camera attached or embedded in the screen.
STEP 3: Ensure that your camera ready device has enabled permissions for webcam & sound/microphone.
STEP 4: Secure a private location so you and Dr. Brown can speak freely about your health.
STEP 5: Our office will send you a text or an email with a link prior to your appointment. Just click on this link at the time of your appointment and you will be connected with Dr. Brown.
Other Tips:
- Please check that you can log in and use your microphone/camera at least 24 hours prior to your visit to avoid missing your appointment
- Make sure you have a good internet connection
- Test your microphone and camera while you are in the Virtual Waiting Room
- Please restart your device before the visit to reduce any background processes that may slow down your connection
